  • What is the age range for the classes?
    Our Scratch classes are designed for 6 and up and Python and data analysis classes are designed for kids aged 9 and up. We believe in providing age-appropriate content and activities to ensure an optimal learning experience. However, others interested beginners are welcome to register.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We offer a full refund if a cancellation request is made at least one week before the class starts. Please contact our support team to initiate the refund process.
  • What equipment or software is needed for the classes?
    To participate in our classes, you will need a computer or laptop with internet access. Specific software requirements will be communicated prior to the start of the class.
  • How experienced are your instructors?
    Our instructors are highly experienced in their respective fields and have a passion for teaching kids. They have expertise in programming, data analysis, and other tech skills, ensuring quality instruction and guidance.
  • Are there any prerequisites for the classes?
    For most of our classes, no prior experience is required. We offer beginner-level courses that cater to kids with varying levels of familiarity with programming or tech skills. For any requirements please refer to the course itself.
  • How are the classes structured?
    Our classes are structured as interactive sessions with a mix of instructional content, hands-on activities, and projects. We believe in a practical approach to learning, allowing kids to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Will my child receive a certificate upon completion?
    Yes, upon successful completion of the course, your child will receive a certificate of achievement. This recognizes their dedication and effort in acquiring new skills.
  • Can adult take the course?
    Our courses are primarily designed for kids between the ages of 9 and 18. However, if you are a working professional or an adult interested in taking the course, we welcome your interest! Please fill out the form on our website and reach out to our team
  • Can I speak with the instructor before enrolling?
    Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a 30-minute consultation session with the instructor. This gives you an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask any questions you may have, and get to know the instructor's teaching style.   • Can I be a teacher?
    Absolutely! We welcome individuals with a degree in a tech-related field, including statistics, to join our team as instructors. If you are passionate about teaching and have a strong background in technology, data science, or related fields, we encourage you to apply.   • I'm an adult learner interested in your courses. Can you accommodate my specific learning needs?

  • How is Junior Innovators Lab (JIL) different from regular paid courses?
    Junior Innovators Lab (JIL) is a volunteer-based, free club offering fun, hands-on activities for kids to explore and learn basic tech skills in a collaborative environment. In contrast, regular paid courses are structured, in-depth programs designed for comprehensive skill development with professional instruction, detailed curriculum with homework and projects.
