    Scratch is an easy-to-use, block-based visual programming language tailored for young children to create interactive stories, games, and animations. This course is designed for 2nd and 3rd graders of all skill levels. The course is designed to introduce kids to Scratch programming through a hands-on, project-based approach. Each session is interactive, allowing students to create their own stories, games, and animations while building coding skills in a fun and engaging way. Prerequisites: 👉 No prior programming experience is needed 👉 Students should have basic computer skills (using mouse, keyboard) Course Requirements: Laptop for each student will be provided for class use. Grades: 2 & 3 Benefits: 👉 Scratch empowers kids to bring their ideas to life through 👉 Teaches problem-solving skills as kids figure out how to make their projects work. 👉 Scratch encourages logical thinking as kids create sequences of actions to achieve their goals. 👉 Scratch provides a strong foundation for learning more advanced coding languages in the future.
