Did you know that AI is everywhere? From voice assistants like Alexa and Siri to YouTube recommendations and self-driving cars, AI is shaping the world around us. Understanding AI is becoming just as important as learning math or reading—it’s the future of technology! This fun and interactive course introduces kids to AI in a simple way. Through games, activities, and hands-on projects, students will learn how computers can recognize pictures, understand words, and even make smart choices. By exploring AI early, kids will develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills that will help them in school and beyond! This course is designed for 4th and 5th graders of all skill levels. Every 6 weeks, a new session will start, and parents will be notified in advance. Who Can Join? 👉 No prior coding or AI experience is needed 👉 Students should be comfortable using a computer (mouse, keyboard) What’s Provided? 👉 Laptops will be provided for class use Grades: 4th & 5th 📍 Location: Farmland ES 📅 Schedule: One class per week, 1.5 hours per lesson ⭐️ This class is only for Farmland ES students. Important Notes: ⭐️ There will be no class on March 31, April 14 and April 21 when Farmland ES is closed or has an early release, and no charges were applied for those days.
